Osijek vs Lokomotiva Zagreb Prediction: Osijek under pressure to win

The Osijek players have a week of work behind them after their surprising defeat in Koprivnica to Slaven Belupo. Now they have another important match in the HNL this weekend. Lokomotiva will be the guest, in the last match of the 16th round. It’s an important match for both teams, but more for Osijek if they want to end the half-season in a good position and close to the top four.

The clash between Slaven Belupo and Osijek in the last round was great. Five goals, two turnovers, and three points that ultimately stayed at home. In the last five matches, they have only a win, and in the last round against Istra 1961 they showed a lot of weaknesses in a match it was expected that they will get some points. Certainly, a very difficult period is ahead for Lokomotiva, they have two very difficult matches against Dinamo Zagreb and Gorica, and I think that this winter many things will change in this team, players, and staff.
