Bayern Munich vs 1 FC Heidenheim Prediction, Betting Tips & Odds │07 DECEMBER, 2024

After playing Borussia Dortmund to a 1-1 draw in the previous round, Bayern Munich will have a fantastic opportunity to get back on track and win again. The Bavarians are currently second in the Bundesliga standings, just four points behind Eintracht Frankfurt, who are currently in first place. Jamal Musiala scored an equalizer in the second half when they were playing at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK on the previous Saturday. Despite their outstanding performance, they were only able to narrowly avoid losing the match.

An injury sustained by Harry Kane in the opening half of the encounter was a defining moment. Due to an injury, the English attacker will not be able to return to the field this year. As a result, Vincent Kompany will be required to work out a solution in the upcoming matches.

In Gameweek No. 13, Bayern Munich will play host to Heidenheim, who are currently struggling to find their footing. In recent weeks, Heidenheim has not been responsible for any upset and it is strange to see them win this match even though Kane is not playing. Under the circumstances, they were defeated by Eintracht Frankfurt at home by a score of 0-4 and allowed eight shots on target during the match.

Frank Schmidt and his team suffered their fourth consecutive loss across all events they participated in.

In an effort to reestablish their position as the dominant team in the league rankings, the German record champions are looking to recover from their cup loss to Leverkusen on Tuesday. Following a shocking loss on the road at the Voith Arena in April of last year, Bayern also has a score to settle against Heidenheim following the match. In each of the three matches between the two teams, Heidenheim has managed to find a method to continually harass Bayern.

During their first league match against Bayern in November of last year, Heidenheim scored two goals, and in the quarterfinals of the Pokal in 2019, they scored four goals against the German titans. For the rejuvenated FCB under the direction of Vincent Kompany, the Pokal setback proved to be a blot on an otherwise outstanding league campaign.

Regardless of the outcome of the league match that took place in the spring of last year, Heidenheim is not considered to have much of a chance. Tim Kliendienst, Jan-Niklas Beste, and Kevin Sessa, the three FCH players who scored in Heidenheim's unexpected victory, have all left the club since then. Kevin Sessa is the only veteran of the three. The fact is that Schmidt does have a "X-Factor" in the form of Paul Wanner, who is now on loan from Bayern. Heidenheim, who were eliminated from the Pokal, will also have the opportunity to get some additional rest.

There have been four consecutive losses for Schmidt's club on the spin. Leverkusen and Frankfurt, two of the top four teams in the league, were defeated in recent league matches, with the former suffering a 2-5 loss and the latter suffering an 0-4 loss. Heidenheim, on the other hand, was able to maintain their competitiveness in a recent Conference League match against Chelsea FC, which is a well-known English club. This was something that the FCH trainer made sure to bring up during his pre-match press conference.

For two matches played at home versus Heidenheim, Bayern Munich scored nine goals. The fact that they have scored 37 goals in just 12 games gives them the distinction of having the greatest attacking record in the Bundesliga during this season.

In the five matches that have been played at home so far this season, the hosts have a goal differential of 13-1. In each of the three most recent league matches, Heidenheim allowed at least three goals to be scored, for a total of twelve goals conceded.

I will be betting on Bayern Munich to defeat Heidenheim by a margin of at least two goals as everything points to a straightforward victory for Bayern Munich at home.
