Lions did a great job of committing just five turnovers and shot an efficient 48.2% from the field. Their defense was phenomenal too, holding A&M to just 34% from the field. Penn State has been in a great groove and entered the tournament just three points shy of the Big Ten Championship against Purdue.

The Longhorns will be given an edge here but the A&M saw the fury of this superb squad first up. The Nittany Lions have given trouble to various high-profile teams. However, the Longhorns’ chances look really good here given their better balance on both ends.
