Atletico Madrid vs. Barcelona (22:30)

This Tuesday, we have some entertaining matches taking place across Europe. In the Copa del Rey, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona will battle it out for an important match that could see them progress to the finals, while Liverpool will want to extend their lead at the top in their bid to clinch the Premier League title.

Manchester City's only route to clinching domestic silverware this season is through the FA Cup. The Citizens have dominated the English Premier League in four consecutive seasons, including winning six Premier League titles in seven seasons.
This season, Pep Guardiola's troops are a massive 22 points behind the top spot with nine games remaining. In their most recent match, they had to come from a goal down to beat Bournemouth 2-1 in the FA Cup quarterfinals.
Leicester City have been struggling for consistency in the English Premier League and are favourites to be relegated to the second tier along with newcomers Ipswich Town and Southampton.
The Foxes come into this match riding a six-match losing streak in the league, including a 3-0 home thrashing at the hands of Manchester United. That defeat also marked their sixth successive match without scoring a single goal.
Manchester City are overwhelming favourites in this impending encounter, and I believe they can win here. I expect them to win by a two-goal margin, and I won't be surprised if they keep a clean sheet. The home side have won three of their last five home league games by a two-goal margin, and I'm expecting the same outcome here.

Liverpool vs Everton
The international break couldn't have come at a better time for Liverpool. Before the hiatus, they had suffered two consecutive losses. They lost to PSG in the UEFA Champions League last 16 and were stunned by Newcastle United in the EFL Cup final.
Their league form, though, has been very impressive as they head into this match unbeaten in 25 outings, recording 18 wins and 7 draws. Before the international break, they beat Southampton 3-1 at home, marking their third consecutive win.
Everton has been a tough opponent to overcome, as evidenced by their nine-match unbeaten run in the Premier League.
Before the international break, they held West Ham to a 1-1 draw at home thanks to Jake O'Brien's late strike. It also has to be mentioned that this was their fourth successive draw.
Liverpool has been the better side in the Premier League, and Everton's resurgence has been well documented, but I don't see the visiting team winning here. The home side is currently on a three-match winning streak at home when playing against Everton. That said, I'm backing Liverpool to win here.

Atletico Madrid vs. Barcelona
Atletico Madrid come into this match in low spirits after squandering a one-goal lead against Espanyol to be held to a 1-1 draw.
This comes after suffering a 4-2 home defeat against Barcelona before the international break. In the last meeting between the same teams – this time in the Copa del Rey – they played to a 4-4 draw.
Barcelona has been a force to be reckoned with in La Liga, in fact across all competitions. They head into this clash unbeaten in 20 matches, recording 17 wins and three draws.
On Sunday, they beat Girona 4-1 at home in La Liga. They are first in the league standings with a three-point cushion over second-placed Real Madrid. In the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinal, they came from two goals down to play a 2-2 draw against Atletico Madrid.
Matches between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona have been really entertaining lately. Their last four encounters have ended with over 2.5 goals, and I'm expecting a high-scoring affair in this one with Barcelona coming out on top after extra time.
