WTA Launches Financial Support Program for Tennis Players on Maternity Leave

The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has announced a new maternity support program funded by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF).

Under the program, female tennis players will receive maternity pay, covering leave for up to 12 months.

To be eligible for the program, athletes must meet certain criteria regarding the number of tournaments played within a specified timeframe.
