Djokovic to Compete in Miami Tournament for the First Time in Six Years

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, currently ranked seventh in the world and a holder of 24 Grand Slam titles, has announced his intention to participate in the Miami tournament in the United States.

The competition will take place from March 18 to March 30, 2025, at Hard Rock Stadium. Djokovic last played at the Miami tournament in 2019, where he was eliminated in the fourth round by Spanish player Roberto Bautista Agut. That match concluded with Bautista Agut winning 1-6, 7-5, 6-3.

In addition, Novak Djokovic plans to take part in the tournament in Indian Wells, California, which is scheduled for March 5 to 16. In the second round on March 9, Djokovic will face Dutch player Botic van de Zandschulp on the court.
