Biathlete Perrot Wins Mass Start at First Stage of World Cup

At the first stage of the 2024/25 Biathlon World Cup in Kontiolahti, Finland, French biathlete Éric Perrot secured victory in the men’s 15 km mass start.

Perrot clocked 37:12.9, with only one miss at four shooting ranges.

Quentin Fillon Maillet from France took second place, missing three shots and finishing 9.1 seconds behind the winner. Norwegian Sturla Holm Lægreid rounded out the top three with two misses, trailing Perrot by 11.5 seconds.
