The rematch between Bellator middleweight champion Johnny Eblen and Fabian Edwards, which was scheduled to headline the Bellator Champions Series in London on September 14, has been removed from the card for the upcoming event.
The new main event of the tournament will be a featherweight bout between Leah McCourt and Sarah Collins, as officially announced by the organization.
The first encounter between Eblen and Edwards took place in September 2023 at Bellator 299, where Eblen won by knockout in the third round.
Eblen holds a record of 15 wins and no losses in mixed martial arts, while Edwards has 13 wins and three losses.
