Brazilian UFC fighter Jailton Almeida revealed that Russian heavyweight Alexander Volkov has agreed to fight him this autumn.

I was told that Volkov won't be able to fight now, but he agreed to face us in the fall
Volkov last fought Ciryl Gane in December 2024 at UFC 310, where he lost by split decision after a full-distance bout. His record stands at 38 wins and 11 losses.
Almeida's most recent fight was against Serghei Spivac in January this year at UFC 311, where he secured a technical knockout victory in the first round. His current record is 22 wins and three losses.
