Head coach of the German national team Julian Nagelsmann complained about the poor quality of the grass before the match of the third round of Group A of the Euro-2024 Championship against Switzerland.
Sky Sport Germany quotes Nagelsmann as saying:
The grass is simply not good - very greasy, very soft. I am not so worried in terms of playing the game, but what worries me more is in terms of injuries. It is like driving with summer tires in the winter.If you slip, you really risk getting injured.But this is the situation, these are the starting conditions.We must handle them.
The match between Germany and Switzerland in the third round of Group A will be held today, June 23, and will begin at 22:00 GMT+3.
