He has broken the previous record for a 38-match Premier League season, which stood at 44 points and was held by Erling Haaland (36 goals + 8 assists) in the 2022/23 season and Thierry Henry (24 goals + 20 assists) in the 2002/03 season.
Salah has been with Liverpool since July 2017, playing a total of 394 matches, scoring 243 goals, and providing 111 assists.
It was previously reported that Salah rejected an offer from Saudi Arabia worth over £500 million.
