Liverpool Close to Extending Salah’s Contract

Footmercato reports that 32-year-old Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah is close to signing a two-year contract extension with Liverpool. His current contract is set to expire at the end of the season.

While salary details have not been disclosed, it is believed that Liverpool will agree to the player's demands.

Salah has been with the Reds since July 2017. During his time at the club, he has played 392 matches, scored 243 goals, and provided 110 assists. Transfermarkt currently estimates the player at €55 million.

Earlier reports indicated that the Saudi Arabian league officials are confident that Salah will move to one of the clubs in the league during the upcoming summer transfer window.
