Kylian Mbappe Named Best French Player for the Second Year in a Row

Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe has been named the best French player of the season for the second consecutive year by France Football.

According to the voting results, Arsenal's central defender William Saliba was placed on second place, while AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan took third. The poll was conducted by the editor-in-chief of France Football and winners from previous years.

Mbappe received this award for the 2023/24 season, during which he played for Paris Saint-Germain, scoring 44 goals and providing ten assists in 48 matches across all competitions. In the current season, he has scored 12 goals and made two assists in 22 matches with Real Madrid.

Earlier, Mbappe said that he remains a fan of Paris Saint-Germain even after changing the club in the summer of 2024.
