Former Arsenal midfielder Alexander Hleb commented on Manchester City's recent results and also assessed Manchester United’s performance this season.

I wouldn't say that Manchester City's level has dropped. The club has dominated the Premier League for so many years, and they have performed exceptionally well, even winning the Champions League. However, at the same time, competitors have been improving and trying out new things. It's impossible to stay on top all the time. It’s clear that City, like any team, can experience downturns.
“Manchester United have a completely different situation. The club has changed since Ferguson left. They recruit stars and strengthen the squad, but they lack team spirit. Recently, United haven't looked like a top team,” Hleb said.
After 33 matches, Manchester City are in fifth place in the Premier League table with 58 points, while Manchester United sit in 14th place with 38 points.
