Pep Guardiola, the coach of Manchester City, is rumored to potentially become the head coach of AC Milan starting in the 2025/26 season, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Sources suggest that Guardiola's move to the Italian club could happen if Fabio Paratici becomes the new sporting director at Milan, as he gets along well with the Spanish manager. Paratici and the club have already agreed to work together from next season. However, the primary candidate for the Milan coaching position remains Roberto De Zerbi, currently of Marseille.
It was previously reported that the Brazilian Football Confederation is interested in appointing Guardiola as the head coach of their national team.
Guardiola has been managing Manchester City since 2016, and his contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027. Under his leadership, the Citizens have won six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, the UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA Club World Cup.
