FIFA Reveals Nominees for Puskás Award for Best Goal of 2024

FIFA has released the list of nominees for the Puskás Award for the Best Goal of 2024. The announcement was made by the organization's press service.

Among the 11 nominees are: Hassan Al-Haydos, Terry Antonis, Yassine Benzia, Walter Bou, Michaell Chirinos, Federico Dimarco, Alejandro Garnacho, Mohammed Kudus, Denis Omedi, Paul Onuachu, and Jaden Philogene.

All the goals eligible for the vote can be viewed on FIFA’s official YouTube channel.

Last year, the award went to Brazilian midfielder Guilherme Madruga, who scored a stunning overhead kick from outside the penalty area in a match in Brazil's second-tier league, Série B.

Earlier, FIFA announced nominees for its other awards: Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, and Best Coach.
