Verstappen Criticizes Strategy Of Red Bull At Hungarian Grand Prix

Driver of Formula 1 Red Bull team Max Verstappen commented on the results of the Hungarian Grand Prix, in which he took fifth place at the end of the race held on July 21.

GPBlog quotes Verstappen as saying:

It was a very bad race. Everything went wrong. The strategy was bad. We just know it's very difficult to overtake here. I just had to do that, try to fight. Lost so much time with that, even in that second stint.

However, the reigning world champion continues to lead the overall standings with 256 points. Lando Norris from McLaren and Charles Leclerс from Ferrari are also in the top three, with 189 and 162 points respectively.

Earlier, the driver of McLaren Lando Norris in an interview after the race admitted that it was difficult for him to comply with the orders of the team and let his partner Oscar Piastri pass. Piastri became the winner of the race.
