Former Rugby referee Nigel Owens has questioned the decision to let both England and Argentina take the time off the clock before going in their try attempts. He is bamboozled that the referee didn't intervene and made sure that the try attempts are timed and done in the spirit of the game. Argentina claimed the game 19:7 against England which ensured the qualification of both teams so there are eyebrows raised that this was willingly done.
