Turki Alalshikh, the chairman of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia, told The Ring that he plans to organize a boxing match between British boxers Chris Eubank Jr. and Conor Benn in April in London.
Eubank Jr. last fought against Kamil Szeremeta in October 2024. In that bout, which was stopped in the seventh round, Chris won by knockout and claimed the vacant IBO middleweight title. His professional record stands at 34 wins (25 by knockout) and three losses.
Benn last stepped into the ring against Peter Dobson in February 2024. This fight went the distance and ended in favor of Conor with a unanimous decision from the judges. He boasts a record of 23 wins (14 by knockout) and no losses.
