Reports out of North Korea indicate the government has suspended the rental of mobile phones to foreign visitors, in a possible attempt to cut off information about the pro-democracy protests in the middle East.

Chinese e-commerce site Alibaba.com has replaced its CEO and COO, after disclosing that senior management knew about a series of fraudulent transactions by one company using its service but had failed to adequately address the problem.
