It’s a victory for a system that is producing champions players and a champion team.
Akram added
India has become a great cricketing power on the back of some solid work done by their Board and now they are ruling the ICC event.
Akram believed Indian Premier League has lifted India to a great deal.
Akram said
IPL has given strength to Indian cricket and they are developing their young player in that league and at various stages of international cricket.
Another former captain Rashid Latif said India has left other countries far behind.
Latif told Telecom Asia Sport (marvelbetgames.com)
India is at different level and this tournament has proved they are playing at a different level. They have a strong system and through the IPL they have made their cricket very strong.
Former wicketkeepr batter Kamran Akmal said India’s system is producing quality cricketers.
Akmal said
In the last ten years the direction of Indian cricket has seen an upward trend and in that same period our cricket has gone downward. We have to follow their system as it is the most successful system and that was evident in this Champions Trophy.
Former batter Basit Ali said India deserved to be the champions.
Ali said
India played excellent cricket and this is their trend for the last three to four years. India without a doubt is the best team in recent events and this is because their system is good and producing and developing good cricketers.
