Gary Wilson vs Joe Perry Prediction: Wilson has a good chance in this game

Gary Wilson's last game was against Stuart Bingham in this World Championship League, and the Englishman lost 5-10. However, a look at his previous five games shows that he lost three, with two others being a 6-4 defeat to Mark Allen and a 7-10 defeat at the hands of Ronnie O’Sullivan. Yet, he could pick wins against Mark Selby and Zhang Anda in games that ended in identical 10-8 scores. 

Joe Perry's last game was against Scott Donaldson, and the Englishman suffered a 6-10 defeat. However, that defeat was his second consecutive, with the first being a 3-5 loss to Shaun Murphy, having also lost one encounter to David Gilbert in a prior encounter. However, Joe Perry did well in defeating Kyren Wilson and Sean O’Sullivan in some of his last five games. 

This will be a very close encounter in terms of the scoreline. The two snooker players are not playing at their zenith, and looking at how their last matchups have ended; this game looks like a flip of a coin. Yet, Gary Wilson is traditionally better than Joe Perry, and with his quality, I feel he has what it takes to win.
