Young Boys vs Zurich Prediction: The home team is in search of first season-win

Following their league win last season, Young Boys have failed to live up to expectations this season. In their first three games of the season, Young Boys suffered defeats, their worst performance in their last years. 

Last weekend, this team played St. Gallen and conceded twice in each half. They had the highest possession percentage in that game, 56, but could not convert any of their five shots on goal, which will be the most frustrating thing for them. With zero points from three matches, Young Boys are seated in the last spot in the Super League, conceding nine goals already while scoring two.

Zurich are in brilliant form and will feel confident in keeping things going. Last time out, this team played Shelbourne in the Conference League qualifier and played to a 0-0 draw. However, this team booked their spot in the round with a 0-3 win at home in the first leg. 

In the meantime, their first two league games were against Yverdon and Winterthur, and Zurich secured wins in those matches. This is another tough encounter for Young Boys as they have greatly declined after a perfect last season. On the other hand, Zurich have been a decent side with many improvements compared to the previous year. At home, I am tempted to give Young Boys a chance despite not being impressed yet this season. Also, while the two teams might focus on defensive performance, a bet on a few goals is another option.
