Amazulu vs Kaizer Chiefs Prediction: We expect goals at both end

Amazulu FC will face off against Kaizer Chiefs on Sunday at the Moses Mabhida Stadium. The hosts will be keen to maintain their six league games undefeated run on their ground in the league, while the visitors will be determined to bounce back from their recent stalemate at home.

Pablo Franco's men head here with a stalemate against Stellenbosch on the road. Despite not firing a shot at goal in the entire ninety minutes, Amazulu are pleased with a point against a side who are unbeaten in the league over their last thirteen matches. AmaZulu need a point from their next three games to cement their stay in the league. 

Amazulu have actually been below par lately, with a win over their last six games in all competitions. Pablo Franco's men have picked up thirty-two points from a combined eighty-one, scoring twenty-one and conceding twenty-six. 

Amazulu have won five, drawn six, and lost twice at home this season.

It’s so unfortunate to see one of the most successful teams in the history of PSL struggle. The Amakhosi head here with a share of the spoils against TS Galaxy. Even though they were reduced to ten, Kaizer Chiefs never stopped fighting as they wrapped up the game with a (2-2) stalemate. Kaizer Chiefs have been below par since the beginning of the season, but fortunately for them, they’ll be participating in the African Football League next season. 

Cavin Johnson's men have managed nine wins, eleven losses, and seven stalemates this season. A great team like the Amakhosi doesn’t deserve this kind of run. 

Kaizer Chiefs have won three, lost seven, and drawn three on the road this season. 

Over their previous twenty meetings, Amazulu have won four while Kaizer Chiefs have won nine and seven games ending in a tie. The Amakhosi will have to restart the whole thing next season, sourcing for some quality players and maybe replacing the coach. They have been extremely poor this season and lots of their decent records have been tampered with. On the other hand, Amazulu have been inconsistent lately, and despite this unpleasant run, they have managed to go six games unbeaten on their ground in the league. 

We can’t really find anything special about the hosts, the same as the visitors, and we think both teams will get a goal apiece here for 2.21.

We also expect a share of the spoils here for 3.02.

We think they might settle for a halftime stalemate for 1.86.
