Hougang United vs Brunei DPMM Prediction: Both teams will be pleased with a point apiece

On Friday, Hougang United will face off against Brunei DPMM at the Jalan Besar Stadium. The hosts seem to have found their rhythm after a poor start to the season, and they’ll be keen to go toe-to-toe against arguably one of the best in-form sides in the division.

The guests have suffered six defeats in this campaign and have been unbeaten in their last five matches. Brunei DPMM have now let in thirty-one goals in just sixteen starts to the season. Brunei DPMM have lost four and won three games on the road this season. 

Over their previous twenty meetings, Brunei DPMM have won eleven times while Hougang United have recorded six wins and three games ending in a stalemate. Brunei DPMM were formidable in their recent game, and they head here with great enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the hosts are yet to win any of their last three games and they’ll be keen to return to winning ways.

Both teams have been in decent shape lately, and we think the most reasonable outcome here is a share of the spoils.
