Angola vs Cameroon Prediction: The Indomitable Lions will exert dominance over their opponent

On Tuesday, Cameroon will square off against Angola at the Estadio 11 de Novembro Stadium. The Indomitable Lions have been pretty solid in this competition, unbeaten over their last three matches. At the same time, Angola won their first game of the competition and will be desperate to secure the maximum points.

Angola began their FIFA Qualifying campaign with a stalemate against Cape Verde and Mauritius away from home but won their last game against Eswatini. Angola have named a strong side for this clash, and they’ll be hopeful of assuming the top spot.

The Indomitable Lions returned to winning ways as they breezed past Cape Verde on their ground. Cameroon scored four goals, while the guests responded once. Vincent Abubakar scored twice, while Ngadeu and Nouhou Tolo found the back of the net to secure the victory. 

Cameroon have struggled in recent games and have managed two wins over their previous seven games in all competitions. Cameroon made it to the World Cup this last time, and they’re the favorite to win this group.

Angola wasn’t at their best against Eswatini as they managed just a goal in the entire game. They have scored once in this competition and are yet to concede a goal. At the same time, Cameroon have always shown class in this tournament and they have won two of their last seven matches. 

Vincent Abubakar was in the starting lineup for Cameroon for the first time since January as he inspired his team to a convincing victory over Cape Verde. He’ll lead the line alongside Bryan Mbeumo and Ngamaleu. The guests are expected to be at the top of their game against Angola who have struggled in front of goal lately. We think both teams will settle for a halftime stalemate for 1.85.
