Anderlecht vs Gent Prediction: Both teams will not struggle offensively

Anderlecht are coming off a big win performance against Cercle Brugge and will look to show class again. In that encounter, Kasper Dolberg opened the game with an 18th-minute goal before getting his second in the 62nd minute. However, second-half goals from Theo Leoni and Luis Vazquez were enough to see them win 5-0, with Kasper Dolberg also getting a hartrick before full time. However, Anderlecht head into this game with three wins in their last four matches, defeating Kortrijk and Tubize-Braine in that run while drawing RFS 1-1 in the Europa League. 

Gent are coming off a five-star performance against Standard Liege and will look to continue from where they stopped. In that encounter, Gent scored twice before the break, with Tsuyoshi Watanabe and Max Dean being on target. However, goals from Archie Brown and Gillies De Meyer in the second half were enough to seal maximum points, with Max Dean also getting his second of the day. However, the visiting team has not faced defeats in their last four games, winning three and drawing one. This season, Gent have 22 points from 14 games, leaving them seated 5th in the standings.  

I expect nothing but competitive play from the two teams from the first minute of this game. Heading into the international break, the two teams pulled off one of the best performances in the league, winning by a huge margin while failing to concede. While their last meeting ended with close scores, I feel this one will have a different ending, looking at how sharp these teams are.
