ASC Diambars vs Casa Sports Prediction: The hosts will start strong on their ground

ASC Diambars will face off against Casa Sports at the Stade Lat Dior on Sunday. The hosts will seek their first win of the season as they clash with a poor Casa Sports side.

The Senegal Premier League runner-up have had a slow start to the season as they kicked off their journey with a comeback share of the spoils against US Goree. They fell behind just before the break when Ibrahim Seck scored from the spot-kick; however, ASC Diambars found the back of the net when Mohamed Soumah scored from a free kick.

More recently, they scored first against ASC Jaraaf at halftime, just for Ahmet Niang to cancel the lead in the 74th minute.

ASC Diambars have picked up two points from a combined six and will play their first home game tomorrow.

The visitors are struggling again as they have lost twice and drawn a game. Seeing the 2022 Senegal League champions scuffle in the new season is disheartening. After their (2-2) stalemate against Linguere at home, Casa Sports lost back-to-back, failing to score in both games. More recently, they bowed to a defeat on their ground as Dakar scored just once to cart away the maximum points.

Casa Sports looked good going forward last season but have not scored in their previous two games in this campaign.

At the same time, the management of Diambars feel their ground is more than adequate to compete. After multiple dialogues, ASC Diambars succumbed and decided they would move their home games to the Stade Lat Dior.

Casa Sports used to dominate the league but have grappled over the years and will suffer more this year after strengthening rivals by selling key players. On the other hand, ASC Diambars will like to take advantage of their opponent's poor run. However, I think both sides will get a goal here for 2.20.
