Al Ahly vs Future FC Prediction: The guests stand a better chance against a youthful home side

The league will come to a halt as Al Ahly hosts Future FC at the Cairo International Stadium on Saturday. Despite being crowned the champions, Al Ahly have maintained their momentum and are now undefeated in twenty-seven games. At the same time, the guests will be determined to take advantage of the hosts who’ll most likely feature their fringe players.

The Red Devils settled for a share of the spoils for the first time since May. Their team, which consists mostly of youth players, returned from a goal down to split points on the road. Al Ahly became the first team in the history of the competition to have won twenty consecutive league games. The guests have won twice in their previous five games in recent weeks. Future FC dropped to the 5th spot on the log, picking up fifty-one points from a combined ninety-nine. Future FC have drawn five, lost three, and won eight in their last sixteen away games. 

Al Ahly are undefeated against Future FC in their previous six meetings, winning three and settling for three stalemates. The Red Devils are the crowned champions, and we are confident they’ll not risk any of their key players for this dead rubber encounter. However, we have a feeling the guests will most likely try to break the jinx of six games without a breakthrough against the hosts. There is no better time than now as they face off against a more youthful Al Ahly team. It’s a tuough decision, but we think Future FC will likely win either half for 2.30.
