Team Eternal Fire showed excellent results at the beginning of this tournament, calmly passing the play-in stage and easily defeating a high-budget project called Falcons at the beginning of the group stage. The Turkish team started this year successfully, calmly passing from the RMR tournament to the first major of the year and CS2 in general. Experienced players woxic and XANTARES did not have to mess around with their team in the open qualification, and having received an invitation to the closed qualification tournament - they quickly overcame it, defeating opponents from PERA, IKLA and even MOUZ.

And if we remember the end of last year, the Turks started to show a good level of play in November, which helped them to become vice-champions of two tournaments: PARI, Please, and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Winter 2023. A fresh perspective in the team's play came thanks to 18-year-old player Wicadia, who unexpectedly joined the roster and significantly influenced the team's dynamics.

FaZe seems to be the favorite in this fight, but the Turks can give a fight, and therefore, we are waiting for an intense confrontation.
