Minnesota Timberwolves vs Golden State Warriors Prediction: Highly improved Wolves tackles on-fire Curry

This loss broke a three-game winning streak. They have been amazing this month as they have captured 11 wins in 17 games which is in contrast to earlier months, where they had below 50% wins. Thanks to the recent inroads, they have jumped to 27 wins and 26 losses.

Despite the recent wins, they have a lot of work to do if they are to make some noise in the Postseason. Edwards is averaging over 27 points a game this month whereas D’Angelo Russell has lifted his scoring average by 5 points or so compared to earlier months. This has helped overcome the absence of Karl Anthony-Towns while the other big change has been the Wolves’ much more focused defense, which draws a lot of energy from Jaden McDaniels and Rudy Gobert.

They have now won three in a row, following a window where they had six losses in nine games. However, this has been a tough season for them, having won 26 alongside 24 losses. These are slim returns for a team that won the championship last season. Will things change with around 30 games to go? Will the team reach at least 45 wins?

Stephen Curry has done all in his energy to ensure that. He has scored 30+ in three straight games, which is barely a surprise, and continues to be the scoring leader. Jordan Poole and Klay Thompson have scored well but there are still some issues consistency-wise. The defense is still not crisp like last season and that has been the main reason why the team’s win count has been culled.
