On May 31 Sevilla beat Roma in a penalty shoot-out in the Europa League final. For the Spanish team this Europa League victory was the seventh in the history of the club.
Only five clubs have more European titles than Sevilla: Real Madrid (16), Barcelona (12), AC Milan, Liverpool (both 9) and Bayern (8). The Spanish club have won all seven European League finals in which they participated.
Sevilla won the UEFA Cup in 2006 and 2007 and the Europa League in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2020 and 2023. In addition, the Spanish club won the UEFA Super Cup in 2006.
