Ronaldo Dissatisfied With The Choice Of MVP In Arab Club Champions Cup

Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo scored a double in the Arab Club Champions Cup final and helped Al-Nassr beat Al-Hilal, but he was not recognized as the best player of the match.

Al-Nassr won the match 2-1, but Ronaldo's Serbian Sergej Milinković-Savić was named the MVP of the final instead of Ronaldo, who scored a double.

The Portuguese was outraged by this choice and during the awarding ceremony he vigorously discussed it with the organizers of the tournament, arguing that he was the best player in the final.

Ronaldo moved to Al-Nassr in January 2023 and won his first trophy with the Saudi Arabian team.

In total, the 38-year-old striker played 25 matches for Al-Nassr, scoring 20 goals and making two assists.

The agreement between the Portuguese player and the Saudi club is valid until 2025.
