De Bruyne has become the first player in Premier League history to achieve two or more assists in 18 matches, surpassing the previous record held by both Cesc Fabregas and Ryan Giggs at 17 matches.

De Bruyne has been playing for Manchester City since 2015. During this time, he has won 17 trophies with the team, including the UEFA Champions League. His contract with the club runs until June 30, 2025.

In total, the Belgian has played 377 matches for Manchester City, scoring 102 goals and providing 168 assists. His transfer value, according to Transfermarkt, is estimated at €60 million.

Former Chelsea midfielder and coach Frank Lampard previously commented on Kevin De Bruyne's unsuccessful career spell at Stamford Bridge.
